Description: | Staff of member rate $60. It is essential that Circular 230 practitioners recognize and avoid conflicts of interest, as well as when to step away from clients who experience them. Participants will learn more about conflict of interest rules, as CPA’s and EA’s want to protect themselves and their clients from misunderstandings. We will discuss ethical conflicts, disclosures, and other important issues. Helpful resources and information will be provided to assist your practice. NASBA Field of Study: Regulatory Ethics, Program Prerequisites: Knowledge of Circular 230, Advance Preparation: None Tax season is typically the busiest part of your practice with sometimes unbearable workloads. This course will help you conquer the busy season by reducing stress while finding ways to improve client satisfaction and workflow.
