8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (EST)

Lancaster, Best Western Eden Resort

222 Eden Road Lancaster, PA 17601 United States
Category: Tax (Federal) - In Person

PL 119-21 (OPBBA)  was signed by the President July 4, 2025, and was truly a large piece of legislation that did much more than extend the TCJA. This session will review the most important changes, with a focus on how they impact both individual taxpayers and businesses, including some unusual provisions that we have not seen before. Many of the provisions are effective in 2025, so a deep understanding of the provisions is necessary for 2025 year-end planning and client communications. Discussion of the provisions that take effect in 2026 and beyond will also be covered. Any IRS guidance issued will be covered as well.
