After this meeting, we will gather to brief the membership on what PSTAP leadership has been working on. This is a great opportunity to get involved. We welcome your feedback and input. We hope you can join us!
This meeting will highlight matters of Compliance with Philadelphia and Local Tax Issues. It will cover: 1. Current Collector Matters and Issues, 2. Phila Tax Center Website, 3. New Aspects of the Phila BIRT and NPT, U&O, and other taxes, 4. Review, alert, and updates of PA local tax trends, collection initiatives and interpretations, key areas of audit and/or challenge assertions, and other compliance discrepancies at risk. We will discuss both current and contemplated legislation, as well as both preemptive suggestions along with resolution and responses to collection inquiries and assessments.
