Tamara Rose As a Senior Counsel in Saxton & Stump's Regulatory and Government Affairs, Tax and Tax Controversy, and Commercial Litigation groups, Tamara helps clients navigate complex challenges at the intersection of business, tax, and government regulation. Based in the firm’s Harrisburg office, Tamara brings nearly 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors, offering strategic legal and consulting guidance.
Since 2016, Tamara has worked in private practice advising clients on corporate transactions, tax strategy, and regulatory compliance at both the state and federal levels. her work has included representing clients in court and administrative hearings, leading in-depth tax research and analysis, and maintaining government relationships to support policy goals and secure public funding for business initiatives. 

Adam Friscia is an executive manager of business development and government relations at Saxton & Stump, working with the firm’s Regulatory and Government Affairs Group, environmental attorneys and other attorneys involved in targeted business development efforts at the firm. He joined Saxton & Stump after more than three years as a member executive at the PA Chamber of Business and Industry. At the chamber, he developed strategic relationships with high-level clients, promoted membership, and worked with business leaders to achieve their public policy goals. He also moderated educational conferences, developed content, and produced webinars for the chamber’s online platforms. He has significant experience building relationships with top executives and businesses in Pennsylvania.
