This course explores the unique tax requirements and considerations for Condominium Associations (Condos) and Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs) within the Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRA) industry.  Participants will examine the complexities of federal tax filings for CIRAs, including how specific provisions in the Internal Revenue Code apply to condominium governance and financial reporting.  Additionally, the course highlights the intersection between tax regulations, state laws, and industry standards that influence compliance for condo and HOA entities.

Mr. Tice frequently lectures on a wide range of topics, including tax, business, and ethics.
