Meeting Itinerary & Entertainment Highlights

Sunday, June 14th - Dinner

Come enjoy a true Celtic experience while indulging in authentic Irish and British Isles cuisine, complimentary drink ticket, and lively entertainment at McCarthy's Red Stag Pub. This night also features an optional guided tasting of premium Scottish, Irish, and American whiskeys in the Pub's atmospheric great room. A certified whiskey ambassador will lead this fun and educational tasting.

Monday, June 15th - Activities

The choice is yours! After the business meeting on Monday, there are two optional activities you can choose from.

Option #1 The Rise and Fall of Bethlehem Steel Walking Tour - Explore the history of the massive industrial company that produced steel for iconic projects like the Golden Gate Bridge, Hoover Dam, and Empire State Building, as well as ships and artillery during World War II.

This tour offers an up-close and personal look at this industrial icon by exploring the former blast furnaces at SteelStacks, an awe-inspiring complex that is nearly a quarter-mile long and over 230 feet high.

Option #2 The National Museum of Industrial History - Housed in the former Electric Repair Shop of the Bethlehem Steel plant site on the vibrant SteelStacks arts & culture campus, the National Museum of Industrial History interprets industry past, present and future through dynamic exhibits, hands-on interactives and engaging programs.

Come enjoy the stories of the people, machines and ideas that transformed our nation through a rich collection of rare artifacts including the esteemed 1876 Smithsonian Industrial collection. 

Monday, June 15th - Dinner

On Monday evening, we will enjoy an upscale, scratch-to-table dining experience at the Edge Restaurant. Edge offers elevated cuisine and ambiance with a sophisticated, yet relaxed, vibe. After dinner, prepare for an engaging, magical experience that will leave you mystified!

Tuesday, June 16th - Free Time

Spend the day your way! After the business meeting on Tuesday you'll have plenty of downtime to explore downtown Bethlehem, including the charming shops, restaurants, and historic sites on Main Street. It is a walkable area perfect for discovering unique local boutiques, local art, delicious food, and more!

Tuesday, June 16th - Installation Dinner

The Installation Dinner will be held in the Grand Ballroom at Historic Hotel Bethlehem, the nation's #1 Best Historic hotel! This evening features a cocktail reception, dinner, open bar throughout the night, musical entertainment, and dancing.
